In the field of somatic therapy, it is believed that our mind, body, spirit and emotions are interrelated and connected to each other. I help my clients develop an attuned and compassionate relationship with their physical body. This may look like slowing down and tuning in to body sensations, noticing body posture while talking, or exploring gestures to see what they reveal about your feelings.

I may also suggest movement, yoga poses and other ways of connecting with your body that you can do at home.
